Message 1 - Watching & Working (5/17/15)

This passage takes a little turn as it wraps up some of the end times discussion (regarding the waiting attitude—BE AWARE v. 1-7) and then challenges the people to BE PREPARED (v. 8-11).  In the final verses of this section, Paul challenges them to be prepared in their SPIRITUAL LIFE (v. 8), in their FUTURE HOPE (v. 9,10), and in their DISCIPLESHIP (v.11).   
Main Point: While we watch, we have WORK to do!

Message 2 - Workers & Warnings (5/24/15)

This section starts with a reminder about how to treat the workers—those paid to lead ministry (v. 12-13) and then ends with warnings about those in the ministry that are not pulling an oar with the rest of the family in the church (v. 14-15). Listen in as Kevin Schreck shares how to live life in the body.
Main Point: Respect the worker and challenge the body!

Message 3 - The Will of God & the Wrap Up (5/31/15)

Paul ends this letter regarding the power of the local church through a reminder of how they should live in the will of God. He reminds them of several items in verses 16-22, which are: find joy, pray always, be thankful, listen to the Spirit and let Him BURN within, listen well, wait on God and do good, run from evil and even the appearance of it. Then he wraps up with a prayer for them and a request for prayer. 
Main Point: Make the important things the important things!
